My Shower Essentials

Noughty To The Rescue Shampoo/conditioner

I have been testing this shampoo and conditioner for just under a month now. I feel the biggest selling point of this duo is the scent it reminds me of sweet almonds. Noughty is 97% natural which intensely moisturises dry and frizzy hair. The almond and sunflower seed extracts help to transform splits and snaps in the hair. If you have extremely dry hair then this would be perfect to use as your regular shampoo/conditioner however if your hair is only slightly damaged I would recommend using this duo as a treatment style product where you only use it once a week as I found I had to wash my hair too regularly when using these products as it produces too much oil in my hair. However, when I began using it as a treatment style combination once per week I found my hair was still nourished but not to the extent I had to wash my hair every day. This product along with other Noughty products are available from Superdrug.

Lush Rose Jam Shower Gel

I recently featured this product in my Lush Haul! This shower gel is a limited edition product from Lush at Christmas time which is such a shame because I would literally douse myself in this all year round. 'A decadent, lemon rose shower gel made with vanilla pod infusion, goji berry juice and nourishing argan oil, Rose Jam leaves your skin soft, hydrated and sweetly scented. Lovers of our Rose Jam Bubbleroon and Ro's Argan Body Conditioner will recognize its gorgeous fragrance. Lathering up with this shower gel is a truly indulgent way to wash.'

Body Shop Frosted Cranberry Body Polish

This is another limited edition product from the Body Shop at Christmas time. This product is light enough to use as a daily body exfoliator as the scrubbing particles are not too harsh. The scent of this product is extremely long lasting and I love using this regularly in my shower.

The White Company Flowers Shower Gel

One of my all time favourite companies is The White Company, whilst it expensive I really love the simplicity of all their products especially their candles and homeware. The flowers shower gel was kindly gifted to me for christmas from one of my aunties. The shower gel is extremely fresh and earthy with floral notes giving a light blend of jasmine, rose, neroli, lavender and geranium.

Josh Wood Radiant Shine Hair Treatment Oil

Specially developed to help care for coloured and treated hair, this multi-purpose light weight oil also enhances hair's natural shine. Formulated with a bespoke blend of oils, it can be used as a restorative pre-shampoo treatment, as a pre-styling moisture boost and as a finishing product to create a polished glossy look.
