One Brand Tutorial & Recommendations - SEVENTEEN

Since I have quite a large makeup collection, I thought it would be a nice idea to start doing One Brand tutorials. Instead of me rambling on about my favourite products in every post, these style of posts will allow you to see how the products look and work so that you can decide if you wish to purchase any of the products I showcase. Today, I thought I would do SEVENTEEN. I was sent a bunch of seventeen products this month however the foundation/concealer/brow products are not seventeen.

I used the Tan Liquid Glow illuminator as a primer. This product is great because you can use it to add a little warmth and glow to your skin and acts as a nice base for foundation and you can use this product to illuminate the high points of your face. This product also comes in a pearly tone too, which looks stunning on fair complexions. After I primed my face, I used the L'Oreal True Match foundation to provide my skin with a more even coverage, concealed with Hard Candy's Glamoflauge concealer and shaped my eyebrows with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Whizz in Taupe.
I then used the Define and Conquer contour palette to add more dimension to the face. I applied this product on the cheek bones, temples and jaw line. I personally love dewy and fresh looking skin and to achieve this I used the Instant Glow Gold Bronze Shimmer Brick. I used the lightest shade on the very highest points on the face and then swirled my brush in the remaining shimmer strips to add a glow on the cheeks.

If you are on a budget then you can really make the most out of the products you already have. Using the Define and Conquer palette, I used the contour shade on a blending brush and blended this into the crease of my eyes to contour them slightly and add definition. To add brightness back to the eyes, I used the first shade in the Instant Glow Gold Bronze Shimmer Brick to add light to the middle of the eye. To elongate the eyes I used the Lacquer Wet Look Liner and created a small cat flick at the end of the lash line. To complete the eyes I used the Falsify HD Mascara which adds volume and length to the lashes.

Finally, to complete the look I used this lovely red toned berry Lip Crayon which adds a lovely shine to the lips.

My Favourite Products from this look?

Tan Liquid Glow - Great for adding a warmth and glow, however if you have a lighter complexion than me, I would avoid this product and opt for the pearl shade instead.
Define and Conquer Kit - great product at an affordable price. This product looks extremely natural and can also be built up for a more intense contour.

Shimmer Brick - this is such a great dupe for the Bobbi Brown shimmer bricks. I love this product for multi use and I think it would be great for any beginners who wish to experiment in the highlighting department.
